The recent World Food Expo (WOFEX) took the ultimate food show experience to the next level, gathering different sectors from the Food, Beverage, and Hospitality Industries. This year’s theme of evolution shook things up with sector-centric trade shows that tackled trends, issues, challenges, and solutions that affect stakeholders.
Mama Sita’s served hearty tasting potions of Filipino favorites Adlai paella, heirloom rice champorado, and jicama-papaya Salad drizzled with Mama Sita’s All-Natural vinegars. The lineup also included classics like lumpiang prito, paksiw na bangus, and sisig; which drew crowds thanks to its rich citrus-peppery flavor.
