Mama Sita’s represents Philippines at the ASEAN Culinary Festival

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA- Kusina ni Mama Sita, represented by culinary director Joyce Sandoval (far right), joined the recently concluded ASEAN Culinary festival along with other Southeast Asian culinary experts. As each country representative prepared dishes of their cuisine, the Philippine team served classic Filipino fare such as Shrimp Sinigang, Pork Adobo, and Champorado–all warmly received by the Korean audience.

Since 1982, Mama Sita’s has made it its mission to bridge cultures and foster awareness about Filipino cuisine, inspired by the advocacy of food visionary Teresita “Mama Sita” Reyes.
