- In a saucepan, combine water, gabi, radish, onion, tomato, and Mama Sita’s Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix. Stir and bring to a boil.
- When the radish and gabi are tender, add the puso ng saging, okra, sitaw, kangkong stalks, and siling pang-sigang. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add the kangkong leaves and let it boil for another minute.
- Add fish sauce to taste.
- Serve hot.
