Tip: This can be stored in the freezer. Thaw before frying. Can also be made into chickenballs.

How to Make Chicken Longanisa


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  2. Roll the mixture two tablespoons at a time in 5” x 7” wax paper. Refrigerate for another hour.
  3. Remove from wax paper and fry in hot oil until brown.
  4. Serve hot.
