- In a wok, combine water, ginger, leeks, and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Cook over high heat.
- When the mixture starts to boil, add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another three to five minutes, or until the carrots can be cut with the edge of a spoon.
- Add the cornstarch and water, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
