  1. Combine Mama Sita’s Bibingkrep Mix and gata Add water, egg, and butter in a bowl. Mix.
  2. Place a banana leaf on a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat.
  3. Pour about three tablespoonfuls of the batter over the banana leaf and cook until it is no longer runny.
  4. Add kesong puti slices and cook for another two minutes (optional).
  5. Flip the pancake and cook until edges turn brown.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with freshly grated coconut (optional).
  7. Serve with Mama Sita’s Langka Syrup.
