Watermelon Gazpacho

Instructions

  1. Combine watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add Mama Sita’s Sukang Iloko (Cane Vinegar) and season with Mama Sita’s Sea Salt.
  3. Mix well. Transfer to a container and chill.
  4. Serve cold. Top with croutons.
