Vegetarian Sinigang (Sinigang na Gulay)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, gabi, radish, onion, tomato, and Mama Sita’s Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix. Stir and bring to a boil.
  2. When the radish and gabi are tender, add the puso ng saging, okra, sitaw, kangkong stalks, and siling pang-sigang. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the kangkong leaves and let it boil for another minute.
  4. Add fish sauce to taste.
  5. Serve hot.
