Tortang Gulay with Soy Ginger Sauce

  1. Saute the garlic and onions and add the banana blossoms.
  2. Add Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, singkamas, wansoy, and kutsay. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool before adding the eggs.
  4. Fry until cooked.
  5. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Pour sauce over banana blossom patties.
  6. Top with chopped red bell peppers, fried bihon, and spring onions.
