A sweeter version Tofu Oyster Sauce sauteed in garlic and ginger
Instructions
- Heat the oil and fry the tokwa until it starts to form a golden crust.
- Remove the bean curd from the pan and place in a serving platter.
- Pour Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce over the fried bean curd.
- Garnish with spring onions before serving.
