Tanigue with Sweet Chili Sauce

A simple and easy way to prepare king fish with carrots, calamansi, and Mama Sita’s Sweet Chili Sauce.

  1. Rub tanigue steaks with calamansi. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet or flat frying pan.
  3. Fry the tanigue steaks taking care not to overcrowd the pan.
  4. Pour in the Mama Sita’s Sweet Chili Sauce and water. Add carrots and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Remove from pan. Serve hot.
