Instructions
Prepare the fish:
- Combine sesame seeds, Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate the tanigue in this mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- Pan-fry the tanigue in a shallow frying pan or grill over hot coals.
Make the sauce:
- Combine Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, spring onions, toasted sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Pour this over the cooked fish. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
