Sweet and Sour Fish

A famous Chinese dish using fish with carrots, celery, bellpepper, onion, Mama Sita’s Pang-Gisa Mix and Oyster Sauce.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, Mama Sita’s Pang-Gisa Mix, and egg white. Add sliced fish. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. Coat the marinated fish in the cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and fry the fish until the edges turn golden. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine together Mama Sita’s Sweet and Sour Sauce, Oyster Sauce, and water.
  4. In another wok, heat one tablespoon cooking oil and mix in the Mama Sita’s Achuete Powder.
  5. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in the sweet and sour mixture.
  6. Add the fried fish. Mix well. Remove from heat and serve.
