Instructions
- Marinate the squid in Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and onion. Add bell peppers and cook for 1 minute.
- Add squid together with the marinade.
- Pour the mixture of cornstarch and water, bring to boil until sauce thickens.
- Serve.
