  1. Marinate the squid in Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and onion. Add bell peppers and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add squid together with the marinade.
  4. Pour the mixture of cornstarch and water, bring to boil until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve.
