- Rub the fish with salt and fill the stomach with sliced ginger.
- Put the tilapia in a plate and place inside the steamer. Steam fish for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
- Combine fish extract (liquid from steaming fish), and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce.
- Place the steamed tilapia on a platter. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish.
- Garnish with wansoy, ginger, and leeks. Serve hot.
