Instructions

  1. In a stainless steel saucepan, combine water, tomatoes, onions, gabi, radish, and Mama Sita’s Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer for 15 minutes or until radish is soft.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil and add the watermelon rind, sitaw, long green chilies, eggplant, and okra. Simmer for another 6 minutes or until the watermelon and sitaw are cooked.
  3. Add the kangkong leaves and cook until done. Serve with patis. Serve hot.
