Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, radish, onions, tomatoes, and Mama Sita’s Tamarind Seasoning Paste. Bring to a boil.
- When the tomatoes and onions are soft, add the long green beans. Cook over high heat for another 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimps. As the shrimps turn orange, add the kangkong or spinach and long green pepper. Let the soup boil for another minute. Add fish sauce to taste.
