Instructions

  1. In a casserole, combine pork, water, Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, sugar, and bay leaves. Simmer until pork is tender.
  2. Remove the pork and slice thinly.
  3. Add dissolved cornstarch to the sauce while stirring continuously until it thickens.
  4. Pour sauce over pork. Serve with steamed pechay.
