Instructions

  1. Wash melon and cut in half.
  2. Scoop out the seeds and save the liquid from the seeds.
  3. Scoop balls out of the melon and chill the melon balls.
  4. Prepare Mama Sita’s Brown Sugar Samalamig Mix according to package instructions.
  5. Divide samalamig cubes into five small bowls.
  6. Top with crushed ice, melon balls, melon liquid from the seeds, and samalamig syrup.
