Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Scoop one tablespoon (about 10 g) of the mixture onto spring roll wrapper, and roll tightly.
- Seal the edges with water or water/flour mixture.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and drain excess oil.
- Serve with Mama Sita’s Sweet Chili Sauce or Mama Sita’s Bottled Sweet and Sour Sauce.
