LonganisaBreakfast Sausages

Our version of the native skinless sausage seasoned with Mama Sita’s Tocino Mix.

Tip: This can be stored in the freezer. Thaw before frying.

Cooking Time: 10 mins

  1. Combine all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  2. Roll the mixture two tablespoons at a time in 6” x 5” wax paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Refrigerate for another hour.
  4. Remove from wax paper and fry in hot oil until brown.
  5. It can also be made into meatballs.
