Instructions
- Sauté garlic and onions until soft.
- Add the jackfruit and water. Boil. Continue cooking over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- When the jackfruit is tender, add the green chili, red bell peppers, coconut milk, and Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix. Continue cooking until sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve.
