  1. Sauté garlic and onions until soft.
  2. Add the jackfruit and water. Boil. Continue cooking over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. When the jackfruit is tender, add the green chili, red bell peppers, coconut milk, and Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix. Continue cooking until sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
