Instructions
- Pierce lamb chops with a fork. Add Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix. Mash the meat until well-blended.
- Place in a shallow oblong dish. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Place chops on grill over medium heat. Baste meat with oil.
- Cook 4-5 minutes or continue cooking until desired doneness.
- Serve with rice, salad and pita bread.
