Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat oil and saute garlic until light brown. Add the onions and cook until translucent.
- Add Mama Sita’s Instant Mung Bean Soup Mix. Saute for 1 minute. Add water.
- Cover and bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh leaves. Add patis, if desired. Garnish with boiled shrimps and tinapa flakes. Serve hot.
