Diced Chicken with Cashew

A simple Chinese chicken dish with cashews.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch. Let stand for several minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the garlic and ginger. Increase the heat, add the chicken and stir-fry.
  3. Combine broth, sugar, Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce and 2 tsp cornstarch. Pour this into the chicken mixture and bring to a boil. Cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
  4. Add the vegetables and cashews. Cook until vegetables are done. Mix in the sesame oil and serve immediately.
