- In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch. Let stand for several minutes.
- Heat the oil and sauté the garlic and ginger. Increase the heat, add the chicken and stir-fry.
- Combine broth, sugar, Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce and 2 tsp cornstarch. Pour this into the chicken mixture and bring to a boil. Cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Add the vegetables and cashews. Cook until vegetables are done. Mix in the sesame oil and serve immediately.
