Chicken Pork Adobo

  1. Dissolve 1 pouch Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix in water. Marinate the chicken and pork in this mixture for 15 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat cooking oil. Remove the chicken and pork from the marinade and fry over high heat until the edges turn golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Pour in the marinade and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until pork is almost tender. Add the chicken and continue cooking until meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Add more water if necessary.
  4. You may also sauté the garlic until golden brown to add more flavor. Serve hot.
