Instructions
- Dissolve 1 pouch Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix in water. Marinate the chicken and pork in this mixture for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat cooking oil. Remove the chicken and pork from the marinade and fry over high heat until the edges turn golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Pour in the marinade and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until pork is almost tender. Add the chicken and continue cooking until meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Add more water if necessary.
- You may also sauté the garlic until golden brown to add more flavor. Serve hot.
