Celery-Onion Relish

  1. Combine red onions and Mama Sita’s Distilled Vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes to dilute the spiciness of the onion.
  2. Add 50 g finely chopped celery and 50 g coarsely chopped celery (include leaves), mix well.
  3. Pour in Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Mix well.

Dishes in which Celery-Onion Relish can be served as a side dish.

  1. Combine with fried tofu that has been cut into cubes.
  2. Spread over avocado toast.
  3. Served as a side dish together with rice and fried egg.
