- Combine red onions and Mama Sita’s Distilled Vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes to dilute the spiciness of the onion.
- Add 50 g finely chopped celery and 50 g coarsely chopped celery (include leaves), mix well.
- Pour in Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Mix well.
