Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté garlic and onions. When the onions have wilted, add the shrimps and the vegetables.
- When the shrimps turn pink, add Mama Sita’s Achuete Powder and the dissolved Mama Sita’s Bihon Mix. Cover and cook for another three minutes. Add the noodles. Mix well, and continue cooking over medium heat.
- When the noodles are tender,remove from heat. Garnish with fried garlic and slices of scrambled egg. Serve with patis and calamansi.
