- Combine Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate the sirloin in this mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- Pan-fry the sirloin in a shallow frying pan or grill on hot coals. Set aside.
- Divide and arrange the blanched vegetables, sirloin, and fried egg strips over cooked rice.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.

250 g (1/4 kg)
Sirloin, sliced thinly
Carrot, cut into 1/2- x 2-inch, and blanched
Togue (mung bean sprouts), washed and cleaned
Zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch thick and blanched
1 1/2 cups
Spinach leaves, blanched
Scrambled eggs, cut into strips
Sesame seeds, toasted, for garnish
