Beef Korean-Style Over Rice

  1. Combine Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate the sirloin in this mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry the sirloin in a shallow frying pan or grill on hot coals. Set aside.
  3. Divide and arrange the blanched vegetables, sirloin, and fried egg strips over cooked rice.
  4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.
