Beef Basmati Fried Rice

  1. Combine beef and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a wok, heat oil. Stir-fry marinated beef until it turns brown.
  3. Add eggs and stir-fry until fluffy.
  4. Add carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add green bell peppers.
  5. Add rice and half of the leeks. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Add Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with remaining sliced leeks. Serve hot.
