Instructions
- Combine beef and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a wok, heat oil. Stir-fry marinated beef until it turns brown.
- Add eggs and stir-fry until fluffy.
- Add carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add green bell peppers.
- Add rice and half of the leeks. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with remaining sliced leeks. Serve hot.
