Bangus Salpicao

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate bangus cubes in Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and pan-fry in hot oil until light brown. Remove from heat and drain in colander.
  3. For the sauce: in a small sauce pot, heat oil and saute garlic until softened. Add the water, Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, and dissolved cornstarch. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Add the fried bangus and mix well. Serve hot and garnish with crushed garlic.
