Arroz Caldo

  1. In a casserole, sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and chicken. Then add Mama Sita’s Pang-Gisa Mix.
  2. Add water, glutinous, and uncooked rice. Cook in low heat while stirring occasionally.
  3. Put salt to taste and stir slowly.
  4. Serve with toasted garlic, spring onions, and calamansi.
