Instructions
- In a casserole, sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and chicken. Then add Mama Sita’s Pang-Gisa Mix.
- Add water, glutinous, and uncooked rice. Cook in low heat while stirring occasionally.
- Put salt to taste and stir slowly.
- Serve with toasted garlic, spring onions, and calamansi.
