- Combine the pork, half of the garlic, Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix and water in a saucepan. Cover and cook over high heat until it starts to boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer until the pork is tender and cooked through, then separate the pork from the sauce.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the remaining garlic until golden. Add the pork and stir-fry. Pour in the sauce and continue cooking over medium heat until it thickens.
