Instructions
- In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic, bay leaf, and ground black pepper.
- Saute garlic until light brown. Add the vinegar. Let it boil. And then lower to a simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add leftover adobo and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Stir. Add the rock salt. Mix well.
- Add the cold rice and mix well until well heated.
- Serve hot.
