Instructions
- In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until golden brown, and then add bay leaf and ground black pepper.
- Add the water and Mama Sita’s Sukang Tuba Vinegar. Let it boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce and Mama Sita’s Liquid Seasoning. Stir. Add the rock salt. Mix well.
- In a rice cooker or casserole, combine washed rice and water.
- Add the adobo sauce. Mix well. Steam the rice for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat. Serve hot and garnish with toasted crushed garlic.
