Adobo Fried Rice with Oyster Sauce

  1. In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until golden brown, and then add bay leaf and ground black pepper.
  2. Add the water and Mama Sita’s Sukang Tuba Vinegar. Let it boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce and Mama Sita’s Liquid Seasoning. Stir. Add the rock salt. Mix well.
  4. In a rice cooker or casserole, combine washed rice and water.
  5. Add the adobo sauce. Mix well. Steam the rice for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
  6. Remove from heat. Serve hot and garnish with toasted crushed garlic.
