- 2 kilos of baloko
- 3 pcs of garlic
- 3 pcs of onions
- 1/2 of 1 pc of ginger
- 5 pcs of sili (green and red), cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of coco milk
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Clean the baloko, then boil up to 5 mins until the baloko is tender.
- Wash it again after boiling.
- Put a bit of oil in a pan then saute the bawang, sibuyas, luya, and baloko for 5 minutes.
- Put the gata and the sili. Let the gata cook in 10 mins. Then its ready to serve.
