Creative Ways to Savor Sisig
With a swirl of citrus-peppery flavors, it’s no wonder why sisig is a crowd favorite among Filipinos and foreigners alike. Traditionally, the pork version from Pampanga is the first thing that comes to mind, but you can explore alternatives as you desire.
Tofu Sisig – Diced Fried Tofu, finely chopped onions, and Mama Sita’s Sisig Sauce, and thinly sliced green finger chilis.
Bangus Sisig – Chopped Fried Bangus (Milk Fish) Back Fillet, Onions, Mama Sita’s Sisig Mix, thinly sliced green finger chilis.
Squid Sisig – Finely chopped grilled squid, diced onions, Mama Sita’s Sisig Sauce or Mix, and thinly-slice chilis.
You can also try a vegetarian version of sisig using kangkong (watercress).
Mama Sita’s Sisig Sauce is available at our Kiosk in Green Hills Shopping Center and online at retail outlets Lazada and Shopee. Mama Sita’s Sisig Mix is available at leading groceries and supermarkets nationwide.
