Tofu Sisig (using Sisig Sauce Base)

  1. Fry tofu squares until brown and crisp in 1 cup oil. Place in a colander to drain excess oil. Cut into small cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. In a frying pan, heat 2 tsp of oil. Saute mixture for 1 minute over medium fire.
  4. Turn off heat, and transfer to a heated sizzling iron plate.
  5. Serve with calamansi.
