Chicken Sisig Skewers

Chicken skewers marinated in Mama Sita's Capampangan Sisig Mix.

Cooking Time: 8 mins

Serves: 8-10

Cooking Style: Grilled


  1. Measure 1 ½ (60 g) packetMama Sita’s Sisig Mix and sprinkle evenly over chicken meat. Mix very well.
  2. Marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Thread 3-4 pieces meat (32-34 g) onto each skewer.
  4. Grill and baste with oil until chicken is completely cooked.

For the Topping

  1. Heat oil and saute onions for 1 minute.
  2. Add Mama Sita’s Toyo’t Kalamansi and mix well. Top it on the chicken just before serving.
  3. Garnish with sliced green chili.
