Banana Blossom Burgers

Our healthy version of the famous meat burger, that even kids will love!

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic and onions in hot oil. Add the banana blossoms and continue cooking for five minutes. Add Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Mix well.
  2. Transfer mixture in a bowl and let it cool. Add flour and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  3. Form into patties 4-inch x 1/2-inch in diameter. Pan-fry until golden. Drain excess oil.
  4. Serve in hamburger buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
